impACT Procesor is a WMS (workflow management system) class system designed to maintain business workflow from the process design phase to electronic documents workflow implementation in IBM Lotus Domino / Notes environment.
impACT Procesor consists of three main components (databases):
 Organizational structure
Contains data about persons, departments, groups and relations involved in business processes.
Built-in employees absence function provides substitution.
Process library
Business processess design components repository.
You can use following types of workflow components:
- activities - user interaction is needed (eg. filling form fields)
- events - automatically processed (eg. sending an email notification, running an agent etc.)
- decision points - splitting workflow path according to defined condition (user decision or formula condition).

Workflow application
According to the business process schema impACT Procesor workflow engine manages document workflow.
Documents are created and processed in the workflow application which is the database used in daily work.
You can use as many workflow applications as you need.
